RSVp for Spring unite 2026

Unite is open to middle and high school students across the Portland metro area. Often students come with their youth group, so this form is designed for youth leaders to fill out on behalf of their group. RSVPing is not mandatory to attend the event, but it helps us have an idea of how many people to expect and will also be sure you get a reminder email. Thanks!
